Receptionist / Administrative Assistant job summary

We are currently recruiting for a receptionist to join our administration team and to support the smooth running of the school. If you think you would enjoy working in a busy school environment and have the ability to work well within a team, we would love to hear from you.

Previous receptionist experience and knowledge would be preferable, although training will be given.

A flexible and positive attitude is essential, together with excellent organisation and time management skills. We are seeking someone with outstanding communication skills, as you will be the first point of contact for visitors.

Location: Luton

Contract type: Permanent, term time plus 5 training days

Hours of work: 37 hrs per week / 39 weeks per year working 08:00-16:00

Starting salary: £21,795 pa
