Receptionist Administrator job summary
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, dynamic outstanding Catholic school where all can thrive. We value our staff and want to develop them to the full in a supportive environment. We are looking for an effective and highly organised administrator to work in the reception area of our school. You will be the first point of contact for all the visitors to the school managing the front desk activities and creating a positive first impression for our visitors and stakeholders. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, assist in organising meetings and events and play a key role in maintaining the school’s welcoming and professional environment.
