Receptionist/Administrator job summary
De Bohun Primary School is seeking a Fixed Term (1 year) Receptionist/Administrator to work in our busy school office. We are looking to appoint an efficient, flexible, motivated and well-organised person who is able to maintain a calm, friendly and professional manner in our busy school.
- Be welcoming, personable, helpful and able to represent the school in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensure all safeguarding procedures are followed.
- Be able to multi-task, work flexibly and have a ‘can do’ approach to work.
- Have a clear understanding for the need to uphold a high level of confidentiality.
- Have some experience of using an MIS system.
- The ability to work as a team.
