Receptionist Administrator job summary

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, dynamic Ofsted rated ‘good’ school where all can thrive and staff are highly valued. We are looking for an effective and highly organised administrator to work in the reception area of our school. You will be the first point of contact for all the visitors to the school managing the front desk activities and creating a positive first impression for our visitors and stakeholders. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, assist in organising meetings and events and play a key role in maintaining the school’s welcoming and professional environment.

  • have proven experience as a receptionist

  • be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • have a professional appearance and demeanour

  • have the ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
