Receptionist/Attendance Assistant job summary
The Governors of Weaverham High School are looking to appoint a Receptionist/Attendance Assistant to start ASAP The successful applicant will be reliable, able to work on his or her own initiative as well as being able to work as part of a team.

The successful applicant will be reliable, able to work on his or own initiative as well as being able to work as part of a team. A considerable aspect of the post will be role of receptionist, receiving visitors, directing telephone calls, attendance etc. You will be directly responsible for the initial impression many people have of the school and it is essential that this is a good one. In addition, you will operate the computerised register recording system for which you will receive training. You will be an integral part of the admin team and be expected to assume many general duties as necessity demands.
The post is permanent subject to a satisfactory references and probationary period. The salary for this post is Grade 3, £23,114 per annum, actual pro-rata £13,475- £13,780.per annum depending on experience
