Receptionist job summary

About this Role:

This is a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2026.

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to join our Central Trust Office.

As the first point of contact for the central Trust office, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient office environment. Your duties include answering calls, managing visitor sign-ins, handling enquiries, and supporting administrative tasks for the central support teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy, supportive team and who is passionate about contributing to the positive ethos. Previous experience of working in an administrative role preferred, but not essential as full training will be given.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is confident using IT systems and office equipment
  • Can multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Is reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Has previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (desirable)
