Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 2:00pm (20-minute unpaid break)
Denbigh School is seeking a friendly, organised and proactive Receptionist to be a welcoming face of Denbigh School. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, parents and students, creating a great first impression while keeping our busy front office running smoothly.
In this role, you will:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring sign-in and safeguarding procedures are followed
- Manage calls, emails and messages promptly and professionally
- Record student absences, late arrivals and early departures
- Provide efficient admin support, including correspondence, photocopying, filing and maintaining records
- Handle post, deliveries and reception cover during busy periods, inset days and exams
