Receptionist job summary

Larkmead School are seeking recruit a part-time Receptionist with excellent interpersonal skills in this key 'front of school' appointment. The role also requires experience in dealing with a variety of administrative procedures, excellent literacy skills, demonstrable organisation skills, attention to detail and has a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages. The ability to relate well to all visitors to the school, the staff, students of all abilities and their parents is also essential. This is a term time role plus inset days. The days are Monday, Thursday and Friday 08.00 - 16:00 with a 30 minute unpaid break.
