Receptionist Maternity Cover job summary

We are looking for a maternity cover Receptionist to join our team here at Hazel Leys!

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, pro-active, well organised and resilient Receptionist to join us for on a fixed term 6 month contract.

With responsibility for managing the front of house area, answering and directing calls and emails to the Academy and general administration duties.

You should:

possess excellent communication and customer service skills,

be resilient whilst maintaining the professional image of the Academy at all times,

be able to demonstrate your ability to prioritise your own workload,

have the ability to effectively organise, prioritise and remain calm under pressure,

be flexible in approach to your role,

have excellent literacy, numeracy and ICT skills.

Working hours 7.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am to 3pm on a Friday with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
