We are currently seeking a professional, organised and friendly Receptionist to join our dedicated administrative team at Ormiston Kensington Queensmill Academy.

As the first point of contact for our pupils, families, visitors, and staff, you will play a vital role in providing a warm, welcoming, and professional front-of-house service. You will ensure the smooth running of our busy reception area, support communication across the school, and contribute to the efficient day-to-day administration of the academy.

Ormiston Kensington Queensmill Academy (OKQA) is a specialist school for children and young people aged 4-19 with autism and complex learning needs. Based in purpose-built, autism-specific facilities, we provide a nurturing, low-arousal environment where our students can thrive. We are looking for someone who is approachable, efficient, and able to manage a busy and varied workload. You will be a confident communicator, both in person and over the phone, and committed to providing excellent customer service to our school community.
