We are looking for someone who is a strong receptionist, a team player with high expectations of all, who is committed to supporting all children to succeed.

Our new Receptionist will be responsible for; but not limited to; dealing with front desk queries and welcoming parents, pupils and other visitors. Operating the telephone switchboard, dealing with messages and the email inbox. They shall be responsible for the incoming and outgoing parcel deliveries. Checking pupil registers and establishing the whereabouts of absent pupils. Preparing and sending communications to parents, pupils and staff. First aid and welfare duties for pupils and generally assisting with the day to day office duties. Please find further information in the Job Description attached.

The Prospect Trust is a leading Multi-Academy Trust in the South of England, with an aim of providing outstanding education for all learners within a family of local academies. There are currently three academies within the Trust: The Sixth Form College Farnborough, Tomlinscote School and Frimley Church of England Junior School.
