Receptionist (Part-time) - 2 days per week

One Year Fixed Term: To cover a period of secondment

The Bishop Wand Church of England School is seeking to appoint a friendly, professional and highly organised Receptionist to join our established Administration Team. This key front-of-house role requires someone who can provide an exceptional level of service to students, staff, parents/carers and visitors, helping to create a welcoming and positive first impression of our School.

The successful candidate will have:

        • A warm, customer-focused approach.
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
        • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
        • The capacity to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
        • A flexible attitude, strong teamwork skills and a good sense of humour.
        • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.
        • Willingness to undertake First Aid training .
