What skills and experience we're looking for

Paignton Academy is seeking to appoint aconfident and reliable person to greet and assist visitors to the Academy, covering the duties of the main reception and the Academy switchboard. Our receptionist will bethe first point of contact for parents and visitors, filtering enquiries as appropriate. The successful candidate will undertake general office duties together with maintaining information systems, databases and other associated records, both paper and computer based.

Ideally, you will have experience of working in a school-based environment. You must have the ability to work professionally under pressure and to deadlines. Operating flexibly within the changing needs of the school is essential.

Training and support will be provided for the successful candidate.
