Support recruitment at the heart of Lift Schools
We're looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our central talent team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a meaningful role in helping us attract and appoint talented colleagues who transform children's lives every day.
You will support recruitment activity across our network of 58 schools and central teams, helping ensure every vacancy is promoted effectively and every candidate experiences a professional and welcoming journey.
Working closely with the Associate Talent Resource Partner, Head of Resourcing, Talent Resourcing Partners and the HR and Recruitment Coordinator, you will help keep our recruitment processes organised, efficient and responsive.
Your base will be EdCity in White City, a vibrant education campus just a short walk from White City and Wood Lane stations. The role follows a hybrid pattern, typically three days in the office across the team during term time, with greater flexibility outside term time.
What you'll be doing
You will play an important role in keeping recruitment activity organised and moving at pace across the trust.
* Acting as a first point of contact for recruitment queries from schools and candidates.
* Assisting with recruitment events and talent attraction initiatives.
* Post and update job adverts across platforms.
* Support candidate communication, from initial queries through to onboarding.
* Assist with interview scheduling and preparation of interview packs.
* Keeping recruitment systems, trackers and documents accurate and up to date.
* Providing dependable administrative support across the recruitment team.
What we're looking for
* Experience in an administrative or customer-facing role
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* The ability to manage several tasks at once in a busy environment
* Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence using digital systems and IT tools
* The ability to build positive working relationships
* A strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism
Experience or interest in recruitment, resourcing or HR would be helpful, though not essential.
