Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator, Cabot Learning Federation (CLF)
Actual Annual Salary: £27,964 - £30,146 (due to increase with upcoming pay award)
Location: Hybrid, flexible working
Contract: Permanent, Full Time, All-Year-Round
Hours: 37 hours per week. Core hours are 8am-4pm Monday-Thursday and 8am-3.30pm on a Friday. Mixture of work from home, the HR office in Kingswood and at allocated academies.

What You Will Need to Succeed:
- Attention to detail, excellent organisation and the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills and able to proactively engage with key stakeholders to meet recruitment and compliance needs.
- Excellent experience in delivering end-to-end recruitment activities, with the ability to manage a range of different daily recruitment tasks, whilst ensuring key in-house processes are followed in order to adhere to KCSIE guidelines.
- Passion for promoting equity in education through recruitment activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
