We are looking for a Marketing graduate with a passion for Recruitment to join our NEW cross regional recruitment team, working collaboratively in this exciting new role.
Wellspring Academy Trust are currently going through an exciting period of growth and we require a graduate to be part of this new team. We’re not looking for people to simply fill a role — we’re looking for the next generation of marketers and leaders who want to help shape the future within education.
As a Marketing Graduate, you’ll play an integral role in delivering client campaigns, developing brand presence, and driving customer engagement. This is a hands-on role designed to give you real-world experience across multiple areas of marketing and business development — from campaign strategy to customer interaction and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and delivery of recruitment marketing campaigns
Gather market insights and contribute to campaign development
Collaborate with internal teams to optimise campaign performance
Participate in market research and competitor analysis
Help manage brand messaging, customer feedback, and client communication
Track results and suggest improvements based on performance data
CPD to keep up to date with market trends and education
What we're looking for:
Recent graduates (marketing, business, communications, or similar fields preferred)
Experience or interest in Recruitment
Wanting to use your degree to make a difference in education
Be confident, people-focused, and excited to join this new team
Be curious and innovative
Be motivated by development, growth, and achieving measurable results
A team player with bold ideas and a willingness to take initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
