What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Experience of managing staff.
  • Some experience in a successful Kitchen Manager/Catering Manager position (or similar).
  • Have suitable communication skills to all sections of the academy community both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to operate as part of a team or individually as required.
  • Be able to manage multiple kitchens.
  • Be able to lead and motivate staff.
  • Demonstrate a willingness and enthusiasm for training and progression.
  • Display a commitment to the Trust’s equalities policies.
  • Experience in meeting monthly KPIs.
  • Experience in driving sales and initiating marketing ideas.
