Location: Hybrid, Broadlands Academy, Bristol, with travel to all sites at least once a month.
Academies Enterprise Trust seeks to hire a Regional Estates Operations Manager for the South West region, stationed at our Broadlands Academy office. The main objective of this position is to cater to the requirements of the academies in the area, guaranteeing that the estate and facilities are accessible as needed. You will oversee the compliance of all buildings and systems, as well as ensure that equipment is adequately maintained and repaired.
The perfect candidate will possess a background in premises management, building cleaning, or building management, along with expertise in contract management.
