What we’re looking for:
• Significant experience in a senior HR generalist or HR partnering role
• Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge
• Experience managing complex casework and organisational change
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to coach and support leaders confidently and professionally
• CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent)
Education sector experience is desirable but not essential.

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a strategic role where you can make a real impact?
Greenshaw Learning Trust is seeking a Regional HR Partner to support a group of schools across Sutton and Outer London. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the country’s highest-performing multi-academy trusts and play a key role in supportingleaders, shaping people strategy and driving positive organisational change.
Working closely with Headteachers, senior leaders and school HR teams, you will provide expert advice across a broad range of employee relations and workforce matters including organisational change, case management, recruitment, policy development and strategic HR projects.
This is a highly collaborative role within a supportive and experienced HR team, offering the opportunity to influence practice across a growing and ambitious trust.
