What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a Behaviour Strategy Lead to champion and embed our “Behave Like a STAR” policy across our schools. This is a pivotal role for someone who is not only passionate about behaviour and inclusion but also skilled in influencing change and driving improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior leaders in implementing the “Behave Like a STAR” strategy with consistency and impact.
- Deliver high-quality training and coaching to staff at all levels.
- Engage with and support the delivery of Team Teach training.
- Conduct in-depth behaviour reviews in schools and develop tailored action plans.
- Hold colleagues to account for progress and outcomes within the behaviour strategy.
- Work closely with school leadership teams to ensure alignment with whole-school improvement priorities.
What We're Looking For:
- A dynamic and confident professional with a proven track record in behaviour leadership.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
- Experience in delivering training and working alongside senior leaders.
- A deep understanding of behaviour management, inclusion, and safeguarding
