What skills and experience we're looking for

We wish to appoint a high-quality graduate who has the necessary skills and attributes to enthuse our highly ambitious students to join our school as a teacher of Religious Studies and inspire our students to become Leaders for Tomorrow. Religious Studies is a highly successful department at KS4 and 5. This post would suit an ECT or a more experienced colleague looking to broaden their experience in an all through 4-19 Academy. A TLR may be considered for outstanding candidates. All students sit GCSE Religious Studies at the end of year 10.

Our mission is to develop the leadership potential in both our staff and students and we want to be at the forefront of developing the next generation of school leaders. We can help prepare you for a future leadership position, investing in your development through regular coaching and a wide range of professional development opportunities, such as the NPQ qualifications.
