Reprographics Co-ordinator

EWS North (Roade) and South (Deanshanger)

28 hrs a week, 40 weeks a year over 4 or 5 days/week

Elizabeth Woodville School is an aspirational and inclusive 11-18 comprehensive school with approximately 1100 students. Our school is located on two sites: Roade in Northamptonshire and Deanshanger on the outskirts of Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire. We are one school with both sites operating independently with a Head of School on each site, under the leadership of the Director of Secondary Education.

We are seeking to appoint a Reprographics Coordinator to provide efficient and effective support across both our sites to all members of the school in their requirements for printed materials.

The key responsibilities of the role will be to produce all printed material required by the school, including administration documents, newsletters, teaching materials and any other copying as required as well as maintaining an awareness of budget constraints and negotiating with suppliers to get the best value prices for paper and stock equipment. Ensure the upkeep of the reprographics equipment and to act as the lead for the school in the specialist area of reprographics.

The successful candidate will:

Have experience of using reprographics equipment

Have the ability to relate well to children and adults

Work well under pressure

Have excellent communication, time management and organisational skills

Meet the person specification and will be required to apply for a DBS disclosure and register for the annual updates service

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK

Training and development opportunities will be offered. All staff are encouraged to study further, and the trust will actively support staff to obtain relevant further qualifications where possible.
