Reprographics Officer

To commence ASAP

Part-Time

Salary: Grade 3 £23,114 - £23,500 pro rata, £6,505 - £6,614 actual

12 hours per week, term time plus training days (39 weeks per year)

Thursday and Friday 8am – 2.30pm, with a half hour unpaid break

The Hazeley Academy is a highly ambitious school, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and approachable individual to join our central administration team. The ideal candidate will be customer focussed, IT literate, have excellent organisational skills and have the ability to work under pressure and independently. It is essential you have previous experience of prioritising your workload and a proven track record in meeting deadlines. As a member of the central administration team, you will be responsible for offering a full reprographics service to the whole Academy in line with Academy processes and procedures. Full training will be given so previous reprographics experience, although desirable, is not essential.

Principal Responsibilities:

Provide a full reprographics service:
Full photocopying service including exam papers, booklet printing and worksheets (A5, A4, A3)
Hole punching, stapling and booklets
Laminating and binding service
Guillotining
Production of display material
Liaise with equipment suppliers to ensure machines remain fully operational
Replenishing of toners and troubleshooting for all Academy printers
