What skills and experience we're looking for
The Minster School is seeking to appoint an organised and technically competent Reprographic Assistant, to join our supportive and friendly team. You will be providing an effective reprographic service to staff and students within the school.
The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and be a highly organised and professional individual who can prioritise their workload.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Assistin the preparation of learning materials for teachers and students.
- Inspect,maintain, and ensure the proper use of reprographics equipment, promptly reporting any faults or defects.
- Liaisewith technicians as needed to resolve any issues and ensure equipment is functioning correctly.
- Maintaina high standard of customer service when dealing with staff queries
- Operateand maintain reprographics equipment (printers, photocopiers, etc.)

The Minster School is a highly regarded, oversubscribed school, serving the local community of Southwell and surrounding villages.
