We are seeking to appoint a compassionate and resilient Reset Lead to join our dedicated Pastoral Team, acting as a trusted advocate for our students and helping them realise their full potential. 

You will understand how to build relationships with pupils and families and help young people navigate challenging situations. In this vital role, you will play a key part in promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing, offering consistent support, guidance, and practical strategies to help students manage their behaviour effectively. Working closely with the wider pastoral team, you will be an approachable presence throughout the school day, ready to listen, respond to challenges, and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment. We are looking for someone who is empathetic, proactive, and committed to never giving up on a young person.

 

You will be responsible for the supervision of staff in our Reset room, where they will work with our students to ensure that their behaviour, progress and mindset are exactly where they need to be in order for them to succeed.

 

The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, hardworking, flexible and enjoy working in a busy school environment.
