Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company (“the MAC”) was formed in April 2021 and currently comprises of 12 Catholic Primary Schools and 2 Catholic Secondary Schools across the Birmingham, Solihull, and Warwickshire areas.

The Board of Governors of Guardian Angels Catholic Primary School, with support of Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company (“the MAC”), are now seeking to appoint a Resource Base Teacher for our newly established Resource Base.

The successful candidate will:

Be committed to promoting the Catholic ethos of our school

Drive the inclusive nature of the school- meeting the needs of the most vulnerable

Demonstrate a good understanding of Autism and what constitutes an effective learning environment for children with ASD.

Have high expectations on achievement and behaviour

Plan and deliver well-structured, engaging, and differentiated lessons that cater to the unique needs and learning styles of pupils with ASD within the resource base.

Have the ability to develop children’s wellbeing and self esteem

Have a sense of fun and the skill of engaging pupils

Be approachable, positive and be able to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, parents and the wider community.
