Resource Technician (2 days per week = Monday & Tuesday) job summary

To coordinate and deliver an efficient and effective reprographics service that supports the school’s educational and administrative needs, ensuring the safe use of all equipment. The post holder will primarily be based in the reprographics room but will also provide general administrative support across the school as required. Additionally, the role includes providing first aid as part of a staff rota to ensure the health and wellbeing of students and staff.
Key responsibilities for the role include:
- To provide reprographics service delivery
- To ensure equipment maintenance and compliance
- To provide administrative and first aid support
- To support the wider school community
The successful candidate will:
- be a good communicator across all ages
- be confident at using Microsoft Office and Outlook
- be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- be able to work under pressure, and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- be able to deal with confidential and sensitive information discreetly and with integrity
