RLT Primary Schools Cross-Trust Enrichment Leader job summary
Job Purpose:
Supporting leadership and management across RLT schools to develop effective collaborative approaches to enrichment and co-curricular activities across the trust.
Build on current, and establish new, rich and exciting cross-trust enrichment opportunities for RLT primary pupils
Support school leaders and colleagues working on enrichment within individual schools
Further develop the existing enrichment network across RLT primary schools, facilitating communication, sharing of best practice and leading network meetings
Main Responsibilities:
Lead on established enrichment events such as the art and STEM festivals
Devise, organise and deliver further cross-trust enrichment competitions and appropriate activities
Communicate effectively with the SCPs/DDoE to deliver the action plan
Provide feedback to schools, the CEO and the Trust Board as necessary on progress against the action plan.
