RLT Primary Schools Cross-Trust Enrichment Leader job summary

Job Purpose:

Supporting leadership and management across RLT schools to develop effective collaborative approaches to enrichment and co-curricular activities across the trust.

  • Build on current, and establish new, rich and exciting cross-trust enrichment opportunities for RLT primary pupils

  • Support school leaders and colleagues working on enrichment within individual schools

  • Further develop the existing enrichment network across RLT primary schools, facilitating communication, sharing of best practice and leading network meetings

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead on established enrichment events such as the art and STEM festivals

  • Devise, organise and deliver further cross-trust enrichment competitions and appropriate activities

  • Communicate effectively with the SCPs/DDoE to deliver the action plan

  • Provide feedback to schools, the CEO and the Trust Board as necessary on progress against the action plan.

  • Commitment to the value of enrichment as a tool for personal development and as part of a rich educational experience
