is seeking to appoint a full time
Premises Manager (roving)
Working across: Weeting Primary School, Norman Primary School, Duchy of Lancaster Primary School and Anthony Curton Primary Academy and where required across our Norfolk based schools
Payscale: Point 19 (FTE 27,852 per year)
Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Commencing: As soon as possible
Weeting Primary School has an exciting opportunity for a committed Premises Manager to join a vibrant team of enthusiastic, hardworking individuals. We would love you to take your place with the Trust across a number of our Norfolk based schools in this fantastic role!
About You
The ideal candidate will be an individual who:
· Has experience of working in site management or facilities and working in building or property management services.
· Be competent in basic building repairs and maintenance.
· Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
· Is highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload
· Can work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils
· Has a ‘can-do’ attitude and has the ability to use their initiative
· Can work flexibly and professionally
About Role
We are looking
for an experienced Premises Manager to join our team, working 35 hours per
week, 52 weeks per year. The purpose of
this role is to ensure the smooth running of the school in respect of premises,
through the management of planned and reactive maintenance and the development
