We were graded as 'Good' in our latest OFSTED inspection. This was our first inspection since we converted to an Academy and the journey the school has been on since conversion to an Academy was described as ‘outstanding’ by the lead inspector.

The role:

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated and friendly staff team to support pupils with special educational needs on a 1:1 basis, working Monday to Friday, term time only

The person:

We are looking for candidates who:

Enjoy working with children and are interested in their development

Have good knowledge and skills in literacy and numeracy

Will work well as part of a team, working effectively with children, staff and parents

Are flexible and willing to take on different challenges

Are creative and resourceful

Have enthusiasm and are willing to develop their practice

Prior experience in working with children either professionally or on a voluntary basis is essential. You will be well supported and appropriate training will be provided as required
