What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced practitioner to join our team as a Pastoral and Safeguarding Manager at our two-form entry primary school. The ideal candidate will be passionate about inclusion, social and emotional wellbeing, and safeguarding, with a proven track recording promoting a positive ethos within a school environment. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a safeguarding background, ensuring the safety and welfare of all pupils.

They will play a crucial role in providing pastoral support, fostering wellbeing, and delivering exceptional care to ourpupils and their families.Key responsibilities will include supporting pupils to enablehigh levelsof achievement and personal welfare. The candidate will work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies to create a nurturing and supportive environment where every child can thrive.
