We are seeking to appoint a Safeguarding, Exploitation and Attendance Officer to join our Academy. This role is an exciting opportunity in an expanding academy to make a real difference to the life chances of students.
The successful candidate will have the drive and determination to secure the very best possible outcomes and highest level of wellbeing for all students and be highly skilled in identifying the various barriers that can inhibit the development of a young person, whilst being highly driven to overcome these.
As the first point of contact for students presenting with safeguarding related issues, the successful candidate will liaise closely with students, parents and other relevant professionals (both within school and out) to contribute to our successful and thriving school community. Where necessary, they will be required to undertake home visits and administrative duties as directed by the line manager.
