Safeguarding & Inclusion Manager job summary

Contract basis: 12-month fixed term (this will be on a secondment basis whereby the successful candidate’s current role in school will be covered temporarily for this period)

We have a wealth of talent in school and would like to invite applications from those who have the relevant skills and knowledge to fulfil this role. To apply, candidates must have:

  • Recent pastoral experience
  • Experience working with parents and external professionals
  • Experience leading restorative meetings
  • An understanding of the commitment and resilience required for this role

The successful candidate needs to be confident they can represent the school in this position and are willing to undertake relevant training both from internal and external providers to upskill for this role.
