Flying High Partnership is seeking a dedicated Safeguarding Lead to join our central team. This is a pivotal role, offering the opportunity to directly influence the quality of education across our partnership of 35 primary schools.

The Role

The primary purpose of the role is to.

  • Provide leadership of safeguarding across the partnership, through the development and implementation of a comprehensive safeguarding strategy.
  • Ensure leaders are up to date and fully equipped to fulfil their safeguarding responsibilities.
  • Deliver robust quality assurance of safeguarding across the partnership and provide target support, to bring about rapid improvement.
  • Develop systems and processes which ensure the effective and efficient administration of all safeguarding responsibilities.
  • Work across departments, to ensure a coherent approach to safeguarding is reflected in all that we do.

This is an office-based role, with travel to schools across the partnership.
