What skills and experience we're looking for

To further strengthen our Safeguarding team, we are looking to appoint a Safeguarding Officer. The ideal candidate will have the passion, resilience and tenacity needed to provide support to children and families experiencing challenging circumstances. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate the ability to understand and deal proactively and confidentially with complex needs, such as emotional well-being and mental health. Knowledge of Child Protection processes would be an advantage.
