The Assistant Headteacher will provide strategic and operational support to the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher in delivering school improvement priorities with a specific focus on the provision at the Copeland Street satellite campus. They will play a key role in implementing initiatives that enhance teaching and learning, pupil outcomes and staff development at this site while upholding the school’s values of Respect Collaboration Trust. They will act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead for this site, and as Assistant to the SENCO, responsible for the assessment for exam access arrangements and progress against EHCP objectives within the classroom.
