The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) is seeking to appoint a dedicated and highly organised School Administrator to join our vibrant and forward-thinking Multi Academy Trust at Prince Albert High School. Our Trust comprises seven thriving schools: Prince Albert Primary School, Heathfield Primary School, Highfield J&I School, Birchfield Primary School, Sutton Park Primary School, Lakey Lane Primary School and Prince Albert High School.

The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with staff, pupils, parents and visitors. About the Role
As School Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of the school office and providing exceptional administration and support to the Senior Leadership Team and wider school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold the school/Trust’s vision, ethos, and policies.
- Demonstrate professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Provide a welcoming reception service and handle switchboard duties.
- Support and contribute to a positive team culture by encouraging colleagues and embracing our shared vision: 'to be the best part of your day.'
- Support administrative tasks, including mail, parcels, and record-keeping.
- Work collaboratively as part of the school team.
- Liaise effectively with external agencies and internal support services.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain safeguarding, data protection, and security protocols.
- Interact positively with pupils, parents, staff, and visitors, responding to queries from parents, pupils, and visitors.
- Demonstrate strong ICT and organisational skills.
- Carry out other duties as needed to support the smooth running of the school.
