We are seeking a friendly, highly organised School Administrator to join our busy school office and help us maintain a warm, professional, and efficient front‑of‑house environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting, enjoy interacting with people, and have a positive, can‑do attitude, we would love to hear from you?
You will be supported by our Office Manager to play a key role in the smooth running of the school office. No two days are the same, and the role offers a fantastic blend of administration, communication, and community interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming visitors, families, and children as the first point of contact
Managing front‑of‑house reception duties with professionalism and warmth
Providing efficient and accurate administration in a busy office
We are seeking someone who brings:
A positive outlook and excellent communication and ICT skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to focus on tasks whilst working in a fast‑paced environment
