School Administrator job summary

Would you like to become part of a supportive team at a friendly and nurturing primary school in Chartridge? We are advertising for an enthusiastic and motivated school administrator to join our successful school.

This is a part-time position for 2 days per week (term time only + 2 INSETS).

Working days would be Monday and Tuesday or Monday and Friday, 8.30 to 16.00.

We are looking for:

  • Ability to communicate with students, parents, visitors and staff in a professional approachable manner, dealing with queries promptly and accurately
  • High attention to detail to ensure work is completed accurately
  • Strong word processing, spreadsheet and other IT skills with the ability to use IT to work more efficiently and effectively
  • A good team member, supporting and being supported by other members of the office team
  • Strong admin skills and organisation skills
  • A flexible, positive and open minded person.
