Working pattern: Term time plus inset days Working hours: MONDAY - FRIDAY4hours each day to cover . Flexible start and finish times but MUST include working between 12pm - 1pm.Actual starting salary (calculated pro rata):£10,895per annum. Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments
Can you contribute to the smooth running of our academy?
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Administrator to provide general administrative support as part of the Academy Administrative Team, with specific tasks related to data, admissions and student rewards. This role will also provide cover to the receptionist during lunch breaks and absence.
This is a varied role and duties will include:
- Accurately maintaining student records in line with our GDPR and Safeguarding policies
- Acting as a liaison between academy leaders, staff and parents to aid communication
- Assist with all administrative tasks and procedures associated with organising our academy celebration events and parent events.
- Run the reward store to ensure that students are able to access appropriate rewards for their behaviour
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience of working in an administration role within an office or educational environment is essential
- Experience of working within an educational environment or with young people is desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure, dealing with conflicting demands and interruptions
- Effective communication skills and has the ability to form positive working relationships across the Academy
- A positive 'can do' attitude
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
- Works accurately with great attention to detail
