Outwood Academy Haydock, an 11-16 academy serving the community in the former mining village of Haydock, within the larger Merseyside town of St Helens, is seeking a dedicated Student Information Desk (SID) Receptionist. About the role:
We are looking to appoint a motivated Student Information Desk (SID) Receptionist who will actively contribute to an ethos of respect, recognition, optimism, celebration, and mutual support throughout the school. You will play a vital role in promoting equality and valuing the diverse backgrounds within our school community. As the first point of contact for students, you will provide effective and student-friendly support on all aspects of Academy life.
The ideal candidate will possess high aspirations for students, demonstrate commitment and a genuine passion for learning, and have the skills and determination to make a real difference to the lives of our students. You will align with our core principle of 'Students First'.
It would be advantageous for applicants to be First Aid trained, or have a willingness to undertake this training, and to participate in other relevant training to support the wellbeing and safety of our students within the Academy.
