Rugby Free Primary School is a 4-11 school which opened in September 2015 in a newly refurbished building in Central Park. We welcome children of all abilities and from all backgrounds. We are non-selective, non-denominational and are free for all to attend. We provide a high quality, local school with an exciting and broad curriculum, putting children’s well-being at the heart of everything we do.

This is a vital role to our school as you are the first point of contact for any parent or visitor. It is vital that you are warm, friendly and approachable although at times, you also need to be firm and resilient! This role also communicates with pupils too, so you should enjoy working with and being surrounded by them. They are very friendly and chatty!

The role is fast paced and you will need to be able to prioritise effectively and work calmly under pressure. You will work with and be supported by an excellent, friendly and fun admin team. They very much work as a team and are excited about a new member(s) joining them.

This role could be someone experienced in administration or could be someone new to the role. The difference in salary will be dependent on experience. We want the right person and therefore can be flexible in the level of experience that you bring and training will be given.

The successful candidate will be supported by a senior leadership team who have the highest ambitions for the school, its children and its staff. We will support the successful candidate in their professional development and progression will be fully supported and nurtured.

The position is either one person, full time (likely 8.15am - 4.30am) or two people, job sharing. However, for the right candidate, the hours are flexible.

To arrange an informal discussion with the Operations Manager or a tour of the school please email cnelson@triumphlearning.org or 01788222088 and we will be delighted to arrange this.
