About the Role
As our School Business Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in the smooth and effective running of our school. From managing budgets and procurement to leading support staff and overseeing HR processes, your work will directly impact the opportunities we provide for our children. You’ll be a key member of our leadership team, working closely with the Headteacher and Flying High central teams to ensure our school continues to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on financial planning, budget management, and procurement.
- Oversee HR administration, recruitment, and staff development.
- Manage school operations, including health & safety, compliance, and estates.
- Work closely with the Headteacher and SLT to support strategic planning.
- Ensure that all resources are used effectively to deliver the best outcomes for children.
