We are seeking someone who is/has:

  • An enthusiastic leader with strong business, financial and resource management experience

  • Experience of setting and monitoring budgets

  • Good understanding of HR and Health & Safety

  • A flair for operational management and strategic thinking

  • Proactive and forward thinking and will be able to support the school in its continual drive for improvement
