Lift Broadlands St Francis Road Keynsham, Bristol, BS31 2DY Salary: NJC 12-17: £28,598 - £31,022 (FTE), £17,390 - £18,864 actual salary based on part time hours + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits Hours: 22.5 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year (all year round). Monday - Wednesday 10:30am - 6:30pm Contract: Part Time, Permanent Start date: Immediate start date Are you passionate about creating a good environment for our students to learn in? We're looking for a dedicated School Caretaker (also know as School Facilities Manager) to join our hard working team at Lift Broadlands. The role of the School Caretaker is to ensure that the school functions safely and effectively on a daily basis. The role is key to ensuring that school facilities are available and fit for purpose at all times. Within this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the site is clean and tidy, items are moved to the appropriate place, minor repairs are made and contractors are effectively monitored whilst on site.
