What skills and experience we're looking for
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Trust as a School Finance Business Manager to provide high-quality financial management and oversight at two of our schools.
We are accepting applications from anyone who may be interested in working at just one of the schools as well as across both schools as a combined role. Please indicate on your application form if you have preference of school.
Working as part of Pathfinder’s central team you will provide financial and administrative oversight of school finances, HR and Health and Safety. The School Finance Business Manager will work collaboratively with school leaders and the central team to enable each of the schools to operate effectively and efficiently.
Initially, the post holder will be deployed in Archbishop Holgate's School and/or Tang Hall Primary School however a flexible approach to working locations will be required.
What the school offers its staff
Formed in August 2016, Pathfinder is a well-established Multi Academy Trust comprising two secondary schools and 16 primary schools across York and North Yorkshire.Collectively,our schools serve more than 6,600 children and young people and we have over 900 members of staff.
We are looking forward to Applefields School joining Pathfinder in September and we are also speaking to several primary schools who are exploring academisation.
