The Board of Directors of the Holy Cross Multi Catholic Academy Company and the Governors of this popular and successful Catholic school are seeking a highly organised HR and Admin Officer. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and central HR team, the role supports effective HR processes, people administration, and smooth day‑to‑day school operations.

The successful candidate will

  • play a key role in leading the school’s HR and administrative operations
  • ensure the delivery of efficient, professional and compliant support services
  • line manage and develop the office team
  • work closely with the Holy Cross Catholic MAC Central Team to ensure consistent HR practices and compliance
