Frequent travel to all academies in the Trust is an essential part of this role.

Matrix Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated and driven maths specialist to join our highly successful team.

We are looking for a professional who combines deep subject expertise with outstanding emotional intelligence. You must have a proven track record of delivering strong maths outcomes, both as a teacher and a senior leader, along with extensive knowledge of curriculum development and effective school improvement practices.

Crucially, this role requires exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to form strong collaborative relationships. You will inspire, motivate, and develop leaders, manage complex changes across our academies, and leverage your high-level communication skills to strategically review performance and resources. Matrix is regularly asked to support schools outside our trust, so there is also scope to work beyond Matrix too.
