School Meals Supervisory Assistant (SMSA) job summary

Supporting our children during their lunchtime break, our SMSAs are a valued and important part of the staff team at Castle Primary School. This will involve supervising children during their midday playtime, encouraging and developing their social skills and ensuring that children have support to play playground games fairly and kindly.

Our children thrive with adults who are friendly, firm and fair, so we are seeking adults who are calm, consistent and committed.
