The Coombe Academy Trust is searching for a dynamic, friendly, and caring Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant to join our vibrant, dedicated team. This is a crucial role, essential for creating a safe, stimulating, and joyful environment where our pupils can thrive during their lunch break.

As a Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant, you won't just be supervising; you'll be nurturing a positive school experience. You will be key in ensuring the welfare, excellent conduct, and safety of our children, with responsibilities including:

  • Active Supervision: Overseeing pupils in the dining hall, playground, and all school areas to ensure a safe and fun atmosphere.
  • Promoting Positivity: Encouraging positive social interaction, fostering good behaviour, and resolving minor conflicts with a calm, friendly approach.
  • Essential Support: Assisting younger pupils with their meals and promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Building Community: Engaging with pupils to build trust and foster a genuinely friendly and supportive school environment.
